Terrific location near the habour/marina and to the museum. Within waking distance of dozens of great places to eat. Staff is delightful and speak many languages. Nearby parking, great clean rooms.

A bit difficult to find hotels parking if you're not used to European layouts. The hotel is in a good location at the drop of the hat from the town centre.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely fabulous, incredible team every one. At least this was the case on 18 and 19 November 2023. Just superb.

The rooms at this hotel were as expected from the description and pictures online. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean. There is a tram stop right outside the hotel to let you get to the central part of the city fast. Because this hotel is a distance from the city center there are few restaurants near by and the hotel has no food service. The included breakfast was standard for a holiday inn express in Europe. The A/C was not working because it’s winter, which makes no sense. Windows to the room would only open 10cm. If you want any sort of airflow or fresh air your options are to listen to the noise from the street with the window open or nothing. It’s not unrealistic to expect a working air system no matter what time of the year it is. The Internet was fast and reliable. No problems streaming videos or having zoom calls.

I was staying with another friend for 3 night a the hotel 2 weeks ago. The hotel is very nice, the rooms area clean. The room is pretty big and for sure is sufficient for 2 people. The Breakfast is nice and good. The hotel staff is very helpful and welcoming. Hotel location is actually really great, its about 10-15 min walk to the main square and about 20 min to the central station. There are few restaurants and bars behind the hotel at the marine area - which is also very nice to see and enjoy. I really recommend this hotel.
