The most beautiful thing is the view and nothing else. Unfortunately rooms are not clean enough. If they agree with the customer on a certain thing, they don’t do what they have promised. You can find such a beautiful views in other hotels. Not recommended at all.

My experience in this hotel was amazing and I will start with the things I liked then I will mention some of the stuff that your should definitely be aware of before you come. Positive points: - beautiful spacious rooms - incredible view - superb location on the Bosphorus - amazing and helpful staff especially Mr. Bora Jones (I hope I spelled it correctly). He was very helpful from day 1 and even when I had a double booking by mistake through the booking platform I booked through, he was very reassuring and helped more than they did. Things that could be made better: - very weak WIFI, and if I didn’t have unlimited internet pack, it would’ve definitely been a struggle - you cannot swim in the pool. I honestly still don’t understand why but it was such a disappointment. - not very accessible for people with disabilities as you have to use the stairs between ground floor and the lobby

The staffs and Receptionist very gentle, English understanding staff, food very good clean, rooms are very comfortable... out side the hotel nothing to visit need a taxi to move...

Here, the view of the sea is absolutely fantastic. You will be delighted to see the panoramic sights of the old city, including the Dolmabahçe Palace, Topkapı Palace, and the awe-inspiring domes of the Ayasofya (Hagia Sophia) and the minarets. All of these iconic landmarks can be admired right from your window. Unfortunately, the location is quite disappointing as it is situated in the eastern (Asia) part of the city. Additionally, the prices for staying at this hotel are inflated and not justified. Our experience was further marred by a Turkish wedding taking place during our stay. It was a surprise and inconvenience to have the room of the groom located next to mine, resulting in persistent noise throughout the night. To make matters worse, on the last two days of our stay, there was excessive dancing taking place on the first floor of the hotel, giving the impression that they had turned it into a nightclub. Moreover, the breakfast provided was subpar and did not meet our expectations.
