I have had a terrible experience at this hotel. In couple nights in the room 306, I feel very uncomfortable about the enclosed space of the room and the dirtiness of it, I have also encounted cockroaches and insects such as ants in the electric sockets and little spiders. It came to peak when there was a leakage at the sink, after a night of intense leaking - which I did not notice, the water flooded the entire room to the level of about 11 inches and poured out to the entire hallway. Many of my electronic equipments also broke because of this. I will never came back here again. Plus, the altitude of the employees here is very unwelcome to customers.

Terrible service and lack of humanity, after the pipes broke and flooded the room, which damaged personal goods COMPLETELY they did not have the tact to pay for any damages or give solutions, anything at all, did not even try. Please do not visit this hotel, if an emergency occurs they will surely not help, even if its under their responsability. Since the pipes broke there is probably lack of maintenence of the building as well

Lovely little simple hotel, the rooms are quite nice, comfy beds and pillows. The breakfast is good and the staff are really lovely and kind here. The rooms are quiet at night and it is opposite a cute little park.

Pethetic, room were smelling, used towels were kept . Bathroom ceiling was leaking. Termite in furnitures, blood stain in pirlow, when I asked to change the room from office boy said you have to pay for another room. what a shity place to pay for such kind of room. No hospitality at all. I ask front office boy want to speak with. Your manager or supervisor,, I got answer no one is here and it was 10:45 pm.... Sorry but pethetic never seen like this disaster...
