We had an amazing stay at The Piano Hotel. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are super clean and comfortable, and the AC works great. The hotel is perfectly located in the hustle of district 1, but is situated in a quaint side street away from anything too noisy. The breakfast is simple but really tasty - the perfect way to start your day. You should definitely try the micro-brewery across the road if you stay here. The best Pilsener I've ever had!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious and breakfast had ample choices with delicious coffee Staff went out of their way to make sure your stay was comfortable. They arranged transport for us on multiple occasions. It was a quiet street located in the heart of the city. Don’t hesitate to book a stay.

The employees of this hotel are the best we ever experienced in vietnam. Especially the woman with glasses did everything to make our stay in the hotel as comfortable as possible. Really nice people. We felt really good even though we are not easy customers (I have to admit). They managed and helped really well. Fair prices and the breakfast was really good too. Would book again.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is superb, with great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bathroom had good water pressure. The free breakfast, although limited in options, was filling, especially as each meal was served with coffee, lemon juice, fresh fruits, and yogurt. The staff, including the owner, were incredibly friendly, always wearing a smile and speaking fluent English. Great value for money. Highly recommended!
