Checked in to the hotel, and they told us air conditioning is not available in the hotel. It was humid and warm in the room and we were told to open the window for ventilation. Because we had to leave the window open for ventilation,we could hear the noise from the street as the hotel was located in a busy area. Room was small, if you have a huge luggage, forget about opening it up in the room. Check in time is at 6pm instead of 3pm, and room was dirty with stained bedsheet. We cancelled our booking immediately after checking in and asked for ya full refund. Very disappointed!

Lol guess what? Imagine after arriving in the morning from an overnight flight, your check in time is at 6PM, that’s 1800hours military time. Completely unacceptable. What was the point of the booking hotel then?????????? I am very unhappy. Change the check in time like 3pm like MOST hotels in the world does. So stupid.

Pretty nice hotel placed right near all the action of Hongdae. There were many things to like about the room I had, it had a comfortable bed with great AC, the ceiling was tall, the bathroom had a bidet, there were phone chargers in the room. I really liked the room in general. However, there were a couple of things that were pretty annoying. Firstly, the bathroom is really small. Pretty much no room to move while taking a shower. Second, the shower drain was all but completely clogged, to the point where even running the sink for a few seconds started making water come up through the shower drain and flood the bathroom. I couldn't take a shower for more than 10 minutes without risking flooding the bedroom. I brought this up to the front desk and they said they'd take care of it but never did. Lastly, the AC unit has a big, bright light on when it's running that pretty much illuminates the whole room at night. It's in the ceiling which is really tall, so I couldn't cover it with anything. As far as I could tell, there was no way to disable the light, so it was annoying to sleep with. Other than those complaints, I really enjoyed my stay here.
