Budget friendly hotel, spotlessly clean, brilliant location. We saw most of the sights on foot from the hotel. Its located on a great little square some lovely places to eat just opposite. Try the pizza place they serve very reasonably priced food and do have the Rioja and the olives...delicious

Excellent service, very friendly and informative staff, they were all of great help to any questions we asked, cozy rooms and room-service. Our only complaint is the area the hotel is located in - very uninviting and a bit scary. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of a deserving 5.

Hotel very clean, rooms clean, showers were good. Reception is very, very helpful. The breakfast area is very clean, and it is a good choice of very fresh food and bread. One negative, when you walk into reception, there's burning "incense" kind of smell, very, very strong and can smell it in the rooms. Gave us headaches. It's too strong. I'm not sure why it's used, but outside the hotel, the immediate area is a bit dirty, streets very busy, lots of bins and rubbish around and very busy road so a bit fumey from vehicles. We would stay there again, and it's a good location.

Good placement of the hotel, the rooms were almost exactly what we wished for (would be even better if we got a room with a balcony and better view. Very good breakfast, i absolutely loved the spanish hams that were served. The workers were okay, i just wish that more people working there spoke English, which made it more harder to communicate when someone cleaning there tried to tell us that breakfast is closing. Comfortable beds, they changed our sheets every day:)
