It was its cleanliness that impressed me. Simple yet clean. Great that they have a mini ref, a hot & cold shower, and an elevator which are necessities if you have a senior mother checking in with you. The staff were also courteous & even answered my text query in the early morning. I highly recommend this hotel. Now I have a go-to hotel whenever I will visit Cebu.

So we have stayed 3 nights here with my husband. There are little things annoyed us during our stay and made overall a bad experience. When I first walk in to the front desk to ask if they have any availability for that night the stuff were definitely busy with their computers and phones but I did stand there for 10 mins still no gestures and I didnt get any welcome. After some time I had to attract their attentions. Still we got room and the first morning there was an ant invasion on our bed. I mean HUGE ANTS. We didn’t eat anything or left any food outside also were staying at 5th floor. We were quite surprised how that could have happened. They cleaned the room thankfully but after that every morning we were waken up by the noise of the stuff. They talk loud and carry heavy stuff (I guess) on our corridor. Don’t you train or warn your employees to not talk out loud and laugh at 6 am? Another bad news is the floor of the corridors are not designed for any hotel halls. The floor has gaps-like design and when somebody carries their luggage it makes a chaotic sound. Even it’s not the stuff there were some customers checking in / out during nights ruined our sleep. Also the AC is extremely noisy and the Wi-Fi doesn’t work almost useless. If I would have had a little energy, I would ask some money back. Ah additional note, your water heater doesn’t work at 508

Stayed here for five days and money was worth it! Pros: This hotel is the definition of CLEAN✨ There's a mini ref, warm and cold shower, free toiletries, mugs and electric kettle Comfortable bed and pillows AC was working perfectly The staff were very accommodating since we checked in late and checked out very early in the morning Service is exceptional Excellent location at the heart of the city Cons: No bidet You have to take your keycard with you every time you use the elevator because you have to punch it on the detector, this was a bit troublesome because I had to leave my company at the room with no electricity at all Will I stay here again? Definitely YES!

The hotel staff are very helpful and approachable. Little bitty problems like the eleveator cant go to the basement . Tge internet is good for 2 devices but you can ask the reception for additional access and they will give it to you asap. The ac have that dusty smell but its bearable. They have hot and cold shower. They provide toiletries and towels.overall the room is ok. And a quiet place to stay. Budget friendly too. Their staff are so professional when it comes to their job a 5 star for them.
