Location was great. There was a 7-11 a couple of doors down for any small items like bottled water. Ayala mall was a 7 minute walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good but nothing to write home about. The internet was a little spotty but okay. The TV’s weren’t working during our trip but we went there to watch TV anyway. Overall it was a good choice for our trip. We’d stay here again next time we’re in Cebu City.

The key to a great hotel is the service. Most hotels have similar rooms to other hotels at their star level. It's the staff that make the difference. This hotel has location, location, location, great four star rooms, an awesome menu, and friendly helpful staff that go above and beyond to really make your stay special. I have four kids and a young grandson and couldn't have had a better experience. Highly recommended.

The GOODS: Location is near Ayala Center mall; easy transportation access e.g., taxi & jeepneys & motor cyle grab Breakfast is a buffet also has Ala Carte...single order's and their food is good. The pool is clean; awesome view The gym is clean and enough space plus it doesn't get pack which makes sense in a good way bc who wants to workout during vacation 😁 only this guy!! The BAD: Wifi is very poor in the room not sure if its my room only...i stayed on 17th floor however, at the lobby is also weak network! They were trying to fix it, and keeps telling me that maint crews are doing there best but the moment I checked-in, they told me already that TV internet & wifi are the problem! I am a Platinum Elite IHG member for 10yrs and never have issues of all there hotels. Luckily for my first 4 nights are paid with reward points and I supposed to stay 1wk, so I guess if it doesn't get fix on the third day, I will moved to another hotel ....maybe Seda or HOP-INN hotels next door. I tried to talked with the management but front desk was told that there on a meeting. I asked to moved onto different maybe it has a good connection and cable tv is working and was told not possible. I'm not the only one who complain with the issues but most of them only for short stays unlike mine. Over all, good stay and the hotel in good location and clean!
