My first time trying this hotel in Athens. The location is perfect. It's between syntagma square and monstraki square. Very ideal and central. The room is nice and clean. The toilet is big. It has a balcony with a nice view of the Acropolis and the church. I was staying there for three nights and the price was worth the value. I highly recommend it.

It is surprising how it is presented as a 4-star hotel. There are no hotel facilities apart from the reception, which also closes by 5 pm. In fact, they are simple rooms with the most necessary equipment. Good location to enjoy Athens

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I’d give 20 as well just for the level of customer service. I got lost coming back on foot from the Acropolis and one of the staff phoned me every ten minutes to see where I am and guide me. They were absolutely not obligated to do so but I appreciated it so much. Anything we asked for, even cleaning service to our room earlier than scheduled, they complied immediately. I can’t say enough really. Top level of cleanliness. Incredible location with access to everything must-see and do in Athens, modern renovation and as already mentioned absolutely incredible service. Also, i am writing this before I’ve even checked out because I just couldn’t wait to write this review. Book it with your eyes closed.

The location is excellent! 30m from Ermou Str, and a few more from the syntagma square (and hence the metro). The room was very spacious (we were a family of four). You get the basic amenities in the room, including an iron and an iron board. It is the ideal place to use it as a basis to visit Athens (even the Akropolis is within walking distance). What is amazing is that although it is so close to Ermou and Metropoleos, the hotel is in a very quiet alley. Be aware that the reception is until 5 pm, after that you use your room card to enter the hotel from the main entrance.

The hotel has a great location and a great balcony. I could see the Parthenon from my hotel window and from the balcony. Unfortunately that is the end of the list of positives. The room felt very small for a “Superior Suite”. The sofa bed was very very uncomfortable and prone to falling. The air conditioner in the room took FOREVER to lower the temperature of the room even a little bit. And it wasn’t just because Athens was hot because we stayed in a different hotel earlier and had plenty of cool air.
