I got a modern room. Even tho it was near the main street, it was very quiet. Hotel is near to many different embassies and close to Tai Ko Li and the subway.

It's an old building but still being kept fine. Very minimum number of staff to help guests accomodated. Located in the city centre I guess cause it's like less than 5 mins drive to Sanlitun area.

I spent two weeks in this hotel and it is good. The room and bathroom were clean and you have everything you need. Some of the issues I found during my stay: there is very few space for closet, few hangers (I asked for hangers at least for five times and never came), the breakfast is really bad, better to opt out and have it outside the hotel. Every day you have to go to reception and ask for a ticket to get into the restaurant for breakfast. Rooms are smaller than a similar hotel same category. It has a beautiful terrace and it is really well located. In summary, I'd stay there again for a shorter period, or make sure beforehand that I get a bigger room if I need to stay longer.

Ac embassy hotel people taking advantage. They are charging unnecessary money from client though it their mistake. I have booked 2 room in this hotel it was double room when my guest checked in they provide twin room so we thought they consider our request about twin room and then next morning one of person came and he told my guest that either you have to change the room or you have to pay extra for the same twin room.so now my guest denied for shifting and that charge is on me. They are not giving higher category still they are taking charges for twin room.

- Website saying wireless but only wired connection in the room. - Room have menu for food but staff says that they don't do order food. Only have buffet at the cafeteria. - Jacuzzi bathtub doesn't work. Called the manager and he stated that ALL the jacuzzi in the hotel doesn't work. - None of the staff understand basic English language. - When asked staff for cutlery, staff ask us to come down and get it ourselves.
