Absolutely disgusted at knowing that from 7th to 18th floor the room size is the same as 35 square meter and different rates. When I asked to change the room to bigger room I was told the usual easy answer that there were no rooms available. This is not acceptable answer at the gold level of membership. Someone senior at the hotel to respond immediately. In return, the staff is simply helpless and even the senior person on duty did not have any idea. An annoyed member.

Very nice stay. Big room, bed and bathroom. Good selection of meals during the breakfast. 25 m long nice swimming pool and fitness area. Safe area (next to the ministry of foreign affairs of china). Same building with U-Town mall (mall Isn’t big but has good selection of shops - merchandise and food). Will definitely consider staying again.

Good location easy to reach subway station. I got a very nice room being ambassador member. Staff were very friendly and it was very good value, I recommend this hotel if you happen to stay down town.

For this price a bit behind the curve. I've sitting here at 26 degree temperature with a broken AC. Solution was to give me a vent. So a 5 🌟 Hotel room for 1000 rmb at the beginning of March with a ventilator? Rest was generally ok, but if you failed hard at 1 item it is hard to see all others as good as they can be. Hotel is next to a Mall, 5 minutes to the Underground. Breakfast was ok and give a lot of choices.
