Lovely and modern hotel just a three-minute walk from the Gesundbrunnen-Center. The furnishings and the general design are based in a light wood and beige tones, making the hotel feel elegant but simple at the same time. The rooms are relatively small but still not too tight. The beds are comfortable and firm. The amenities are also what you'd expect in such a hotel. Overall, a great option for business travellers, if you don't necessarily have to stay in the heart of the city, but just a 10-minute commute from it.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Mohamed during my stay at the hotel, and I must say, he truly made a positive impression. Mohamed's professionalism and warmth at the front desk were exceptional. He greeted me with a friendly smile, answered all my questions with patience, and went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth. Throughout my stay, Mohamed consistently displayed excellent customer service. He was always ready to assist, whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or helping with any concerns I had. His knowledge of the area and the hotel's amenities was impressive. What stood out most about Mohamed was his genuine care for guests. He made sure everyone felt welcomed and valued. It's rare to encounter such a dedicated and personable front desk staff member, and Mohamed's exceptional service undoubtedly enhanced my overall hotel experience. I highly commend Mohamed for his outstanding hospitality and commendable service. Mohamed's night shift at the hotel was exceptionally helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to ensure a comfortable stay, providing assistance with a genuine smile. However, the overall hotel experience receives a medium review, as certain aspects could be improved, such as room maintenance and amenities. Mohamed's positive demeanor, though, added a bright touch to the stay.

I am staying at this hotel and it seems to me that it is very good in every way. But what makes the experience better is the guy from the bar-restaurant OMAR, very attentive and always ready to improve our experience in the hotel, restaurant and in this great country. Your attention is excellent. And also for the boy of Front Desk, Bernardo attentive to help in everything. Nice person OMAR

Although we were overall pleased with our stay, it didn't start off well. When we arrived at night, the receptionist who welcomed us saw our names and made some comparisons because he was Egyptian. He said, 'Oh, Tamer is a beautiful Egyptian name.' When I said 'Turkish name', he frowned and said 'no, it's an Egyptian name' and threw it away. I explained by saying 'it depends on where you live, names and words can have different meanings in different cultures'. Then he didn't say anything, this time he pronounced my friend's name in Arabic and said, 'Tahsin is also an Egyptian name.' Frankly, we could not understand this passive-aggressive attitude that categorizes people in an unwanted way and imposes certain ideas. We thanked him, took our passports and went to our room. It wasn't a very good reception for us. We thought that if the staff didn't know how to make small talk, maybe it would be better if they just did their job. We didn't want to break his heart by saying anything to him.
