We really enjoyed this Hotel and the location was so close to the main station. A walk to the Brandenburg Gate takes about 35 minutes. Great in the evening! Staff was pleasant. The garden gnome on the ceiling scared the hell out of me!

I’ll be straightforward… My comparison comes from staying at many other hotels around Germany at similar price. This hotel isn’t worth it for the money. It’s run mostly by kids & they are inexperienced & have no idea what good hospitality is. The breakfast is super basic, for the money I paid I expect a hot breakfast buffet like the other hotels, sustainability is great but not when I feel like I’m being ripped off. No phone in the room. No fridge either. You have to request for ur room to be serviced or it won’t be. You have to walk downstairs to get hot water. On the plus side, the room was nice, clean & new. Bed was comfortable too. I did have to ask for the temperature to be turned down & it was. Overall, customer service & the breakfast were the big disappointments for me.

Great hotel! Loved the location and how sound proof the windows were. Beautiful nice rooms. The bed was a bit hard for us but that is very personal. I would recommend staying here.

Stayed here recently for one night and was happy with the experience. The hotel is very new, well located - only a few minutes walking distance from Berlin Hauptbahnhof - and has friendly and accommodating staff. We arrived early and could leave our luggage for the day without any problem. The room is modern and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a nice walk-in shower. The room was quiet but the automatic light is somewhat annoying at night and a bit of a design flaw. Taking out the card from the slot will do the trick but then there is some rather garish blue light from the slot. The lighting concept is definitely not 100% thought through. The rest I was very happy with and especially the price is extremely fair for Berlin standards these days. Also the check-out time of 12:00pm is very human. Certainly recommended!
