The hotel staff were very accommodating. Friendly and helpful with any questions about Athens and touristy stuff. The rooms were good, clean and smart. We had a great view of the Acropolis from the balcony. The rooms were always made up everyday. Breakfast was included in our room and it was spot on. All the Greek/European breakfast items you expect. The staff even made me up a Greek coffee every morning The view from the roof top was amazing. Thanks for the great experience as it was my first time in Greece.

My husband and I LOVED our stay here. Wonderful hotel with amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Even before we arrived, I emailed with the staff to request one of the Filopappou view rooms that also accesses a view of the Acropolis as it was my husband's birthday, and they did not disappoint! It was spectacular, beaten only by the view on the rooftop terrace. We arrived along with a big drop in temperature, but we hope to come back some day when weather is warmer and make more use of these views. Staff answered all questions and offered to make bookings for us. Really, just an absolutely fantastic hotel, super close to the main attractions and near several great restaurants. Room safe was a great bonus, as was the room service.

Great location close to the Acropolis. Pool is small but refreshing after a very warm day. Rooftop patio is lovely at night. Breakfast was much appreciated and had good variety. Rooms are small and a little dark, better lighting would be helpful. TV is on the wall at the end of the bed. Be careful, we both hit our head on it!

I stayed in the Acropolis Hotel back in August 2023, when I went on a single holiday to Athens. The staff were super helpful on arrival (telling me the best places to go, where to eat etc) and the room was amazing (I was on the second floor with a view of the city behind me). The room has Air Conditioning, very comfy beds and all the amenities you would expect to find in a hotel room. They even bought a mini fridge for me when they saw that I had some food with me (I didn't even ask for this)! Location wise, I don't think you could get much better than this - the Acropolis & Slopes is only a 5 minute walk, and all other attractions are within a 15 minute walk. Breakfast was excellent every day (there's a wide choice of continental and traditional foods) and the pool was also lovely to relax in after a hot day in the sun. I'd highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Athens. Staying there as a lone traveller, I felt very safe, and it's a lovely hotel to stay in.

Acropolis hill is perfectly located for people wanting to explore Athens and see the sights. It’s a 10 minute flat walk to the acropolis and there’s some beautiful parkland across the road with paths and sites to see. The hotel has a pool and balcony with a great acropolis view and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. We didn’t have a flight until 8pm but after checking out were able to leave our bags with the staff, have a taxi organised and come back to use the pool and take a shower in the afternoon. The buffet breakfast was tasty and had a variety of food. We would definitely recommend and would stay again.
