Me and My Family recently had the pleasure of staying at Adagio Access Lyon Centre Université, we have attended Rugby World Cup game at Lyon and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room I stayed in was spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The kitchenette was well-equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, making it convenient for preparing meals. The Wi-Fi connection was not that stable and good, need to improve the services. The location of the hotel apartment was excellent. It was conveniently situated near main city center, making it easy to explore the area. I felt safe walking around the neighborhood, even at night.

I stayed there for 8 nights. It is a good location with reasonable price. The rooms are nice with a kitchenette, including a microwave and refrigerator. There is a convenience store across the street and a big grocery store about a block away. It is about 3 minutes walk from a Tram Station. My room's air conditioner was broken and we were told that it would take them a week to fix it. You may wanna check those things and request a change early on.

This hotel has recently been taken over by Accor, so there may be teething problems, but my experience was disappointing. My booking was cancelled without notification or reason, and I only realised when I went to confirm a couple of weeks before. When I queried it, the hotel told me to contact Accor yet Accor told me to contact the hotel. No one could tell me why it was cancelled or would take responsibility, but the room was no longer available and they refused to offer alternate accommodation. It was only when I was searching for accommodation a week after it was cancelled did I find the room available again, so I booked it. The hotel did not contact me to let me know it was available again - I had to search. On top of that, the website states that breakfast is provided (and does not indicate there is an additional charge), but you do need to pay extra for breakfast. The room for four people is tiny. If you are four adults or even have older children, this room may not be big enough. It is conveniently located, though, and has a great supermarket around the corner. Hopefully once the hotel finds its feet with its new brand, it will be a better experience.
