Worst experience ever! First we were asked to pay and reserve a space in the parking garage even though it wasn’t stated to us when we made thereservation. Because the parking space was full,we had to park on the street for 35Euros a day. But this wasn’t the worst part. The hot water went out right when showering. When asked to the staff,they said we used up our tank and we needed to wait. We weren’t warned that this could happen. This is insane.

I already posted my negative experience through my other account and sent several emails requesting my refund without an answer. How can I contact the manager? Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience during my two-night stay. Reason why I kindly requested a refund for my booking but never got an answer. This is what happened: Upon arriving at the hotel, I encountered an issue with the air conditioning in my room. Unfortunately, the AC was not functioning correctly, and despite efforts to fix it, the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout my stay. As a result, I found it incredibly challenging to get any rest, and my sleep quality was severely affected. Additionally, I approached the reception and requested an extra pillow, as the one provided was too high and caused discomfort. However, I was informed that there were no spare pillows available, leaving me with no option to improve my sleeping conditions. Ali, the receptionist on duty, was very attentive and tried his best to resolve both the AC and pillow situation, but regrettably, the issues remained unresolved during my stay. During my second night, Ali kindly provided me with another room. However, I had to wait until 22:30, which was inconvenient as I had an early morning Zoom meeting. Despite the change, the AC in the new room was only slightly better, and the room still felt uncomfortably warm. While I appreciate the effort to address the issue, it didn't fully resolve the problem, affecting my overall experience. Given these unfortunate circumstances, I kindly requested the refund. I believe it is only fair as the amenities and comfort promised during my booking were not met.

Close to the station, with friendly staff. Rooms were clean and the beds are good. They upgraded us to a better/larger room due to a double booking. Our upgraded room had some issues the staff could not resolve at the moment. It was also fully booked so we could not move to a new room either. But the host tried his best to help us, he was really helpful and kind.

First of all: the staff is great, super friendly, speak great English, very helpful. But the room we got had water coming up the floor boards (multiple towels and bedsheets which we put down to absorb it were soaked the next morning). It was impossible to change rooms because they told us the hotel was full, which is unfortunate. They didn't offer anything as compensation, not even a coffee or something (since the nespresso cups aren't included). The sleeping couch was abysmal to lie on. Smaller note: the "chromecast" that they promise in every room, is a miracast function, which lets you mirror your phone screen but will still need you to keep playing anything you cast on your phone and doesn't always eork- this doesn't work for netflix for example.
