The motel 6 next door might be better maintained than this property. The entire place from the showers to the sinks, to the entire kitchen, looks, feels, and functions like a low income property. Almost everywhere you look the property is falling apart. The bathroom door has a hole where a drying hook used to be, water pressure in the sink is very low, the door separating the room from the living area has warped over time and does not close, the tub, the doors, the kitchen cabinets, the ac vents, everything is, to be honest, disgusting. I cannot understand why Hilton would tarnish its brand by associating itself with this place. As soon as we arrived, though we paid $200 or so per night, we immediately considered just paying it and still booking something else, and we may yet. For the same price, I guarantee you that you can book an actual hotel that is actually nice and updated, rather than essentially a motel. Don’t assume the name Hilton maintains a standard, it clearly does not. No time now, but I will follow up with many photos. What is shocking to me is as I read the other reviews I see constant replies from Hilton that they “regret” others observations and that they strive to improve and maintain a standard, but as I sit here cannot help from considering that lip service, because even today the place is disgusting as so many others have observed.

Great location and lobby is very nice. The front desk lady upon check in was very nice. The room was bad. Smelled bad, carpet was wet near fridge I assume from a leak. Water stains on ceiling and bed was clearly broken. Upon check out, the front desk lady was extremely rude!! Really surprised Hilton puts their name on this place because it’s definitely not up to their standards.

First time in Dallas on business. Hotel is in a good location and easy to get to. Front desk associate was not friendly or welcoming. There was a bug on the lampshade when I walked in. Room has water damage on the ceiling by the bathroom and looks to have been recently repaired. Didn't repair all of it though and there looks to be mold on the ceiling. Room looks generally clean though it's definitely not dirty. Dishwasher front has a dent in it. For some reason the pillows are like child size - weird for a king bed. Window in bedroom has locks broken off so you can't lock the window. No creamer for coffee maker and no shampoo in the bathroom. Showerhead was crusty and didn't work very well. Not the worst hotel I've stayed in but it definitely feels like lipstick on a pig.

Rooms not properly cleaned after previous occupant. Room not properly stocked with towels. Refrigerator leaking. Shower door falling apart and doesn't close. Fixtures and wood panels falling off the walls. Front desk not picking up the phone. When issues reported, they seemed indifferent. When asked for a different room was told none were available. We won't be returning to this location, and don't recommend it to anyone else. Management would be wise to invest in the facility for needed improvements, training of staff, and security on the property.
