I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Address Hotel in Dubai Creek Harbor, specifically in one of their residential apartments, and it was an unforgettable experience. The residential apartment at Address Residence was a true gem. The rooms were not only aesthetically pleasing but also offered top-notch facilities that exceeded expectations. The cooling system was spot-on, creating a comfortable environment throughout our stay. The service provided by the hotel was commendable, although I wished the room service for the apartments could be more frequent. Currently available twice or thrice a week, a daily option would add that extra touch of luxury, especially for a five-star establishment. Despite this minor detail, our stay was delightful. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and the overall quality inside the apartment was top-notch. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at the Address Hotel or its apartments for a luxurious and memorable stay in Dubai Creek Harbor.

The hotel is new and the amenities are really nice. Great gym. However, we were disappointed by the service, more precisely the cleaning of the rooms which could be greatly improved. For a hotel of this standing, it is not normal for the bathroom joints to be so dirty and the wooden walls of the room were stained with chocolate and fingerprints everywhere. Even though room cleaning came everyday none of the stains were cleaned for the 6 nights we stayed. Quality of the room cleaning was not consistent, some days it was well done, other days it was not.

Modern, beautiful, quiet, clean hotel located in Creek Island. The hotel is new. The design of the hotel is wonderful but to some extent expensive. The rooms are elegant and equipped with all accessories, comfortable beds. Friendly staff, helpful with acceptable hotel facilities.

We went for the Christmas Brunch. Two in our party have gluten allergies. This we communicated three time prior to attending the brunch and we were assured that they could accomodate us. It was very disappointing to learn the chef knew nothing about our request until we personally brought it to his attention. None of the food was labeled with allergens making it extremely difficult to determine what was safe to eat. We will not be going back. We have yet to have an acceptable resolution to the problem. It really put a negative spin on a very important day for us. We did also communicate our needs when we arrived. We were told that they had a chocolate cake for us for dessert. Imagine our surprise when a small scoop of sorbet was presented with no spoons. There was a clear lack of communication throughout the process.

This property and the team will blow your mind and all expectations! The resort is stunning, the rooms exquisite, the team on property in all areas go above and beyond, the food is amazing (the poached eggs at Breakfast are some of the best you’ll ever have!!), I ate breakfast in the restaurant every day for a week and dinner twice, I ordered Room service at 2am and was eating a gorgeous meal by 2.30am. DO treat yourself to the Spa, I had a 90min relaxation massage and it was worth every penny.
