This hotel was not even close to a 4-star rating. People are lies about how good it is. Standard as a cheap youth hostel. The breakfast was not buffe. It was a simple breakfast. You can get a better breakfast for 25 DH in restaurants. The air conditioner did not work in my room. Lots of noise from traffic. The door to the room could you only open halfway. There were no towels when I arrived. I booked the room for 5 nights but moved out after one night. For the price, it was a horrible experience.

Not exceptional service, we arrived and the room didn't even have towels. Although the room was not the cheapest it was very bare and not very bright. Low-level breakfast and overall facility maybe just adequate. Only positive note is the location but no assured parking space if you go by car.

My recent stay at the "Address" hotel in Casablanca was a complete disaster. The receptionist's rudeness set the tone from the start, and the non-functional AC was a frustrating surprise. Our room lacked the promised kids' bed and was disgustingly dirty with just one old towel. The neglected microwave and mushroom-like mold on the toilet door were the final straws. I will never consider staying here again – it's an utter disappointment and a hospitality disgrace.

This is *not* from the Address Chain of hotels you may think it is. The hotel also claims the website you may find is not actually theirs and is a fake. The actual services available differ from those on the website. The place does not have a gym. The cafe/restaurant is only open in the mornings. The rooms are promised with cutlery and kitchenware but didn’t even have a spoon on arrival. Limited natural light and fresh air in the room. Largely unpleasant attitude and service from the staff - especially when faced with questions about this. The manager is not on duty on Sunday so if you’re checking in on a Sunday you’re likely to have a sub-par experience. I’ve flagged this hotel to the global Address team as wrongly using their brand name for further action.
