I came here from Estonia for a business trip, imagine the receptionist can't even understand basic english, without talking about how dirty and noisy it is, and on top of this he asks for tips for doing absolutely nothing to make your stay good, god bless Morocco

If you're looking for an authentic 1940s Casablanca experience, this is it. From the elevator to the light fixtures; you're in for a treat. This is a budget hotel, so don't expect much, but it's clean and the staff are friendly. They don't offer a breakfast, but there is a nice cafe next door. It's in a great location. Within walking distance of shopping and other amenities, and only a short taxi to the centre. I enjoyed my stay and will come back.

The staff is great... That's it! The hotel dates back to 1936 or so states their towels... The rooms have aged so bad with negligible maintenance.. The toilets are so cramped and I just fail to understand why are they so cramped! Rust stains are so dominant, possibly from the hotel being closed for a long duration of time during Covid... The flush don't work properly and maintainence doesn't seem to have a clue to set it right. This place used to be good.. Used.. Past tense and hence we got shown this as a option considering the facilities around.. Would I recommend.. No.. Definitely not!!, For 380 Dh double occupancy, I am sure I could have gotten a better option.
