This is one of the cheapest budget hotel in the city if you are looking for a place to stay.Bank : convenient store and many eateries nearby and there are also hotel parking located at the basement.Where else can you find simple hotel with toilet :nice aircon:Hbo tv and WiFi at rm 55 per night.

First impressions, The lobby is covered with the cigarette smell, although the Aircon are turn on. The smell was still there after a few days of my stay. I booked Double bed, but they only had Queen bed left. Corridor: The light at corridor outside the room is very dim. Room: The room really need an upgrade. The furniture are in pieces. Which seen like as if it's been use for years and dirt mark everywhere. The sit is way too obvious not to notice. Toilet: The toilet are wet when I first check in. The door are super dirty. It's obvious as it's a glass door. You can see the water dropping mark. No toilet paper. Checked with the stuff, and they say there are no toilet paper. Noise: There are no noise cancellation on the room. As my room is located just outside is the road. You can hear car moving or speeding or even ambulance crossing by. Besides, I can hear the TV next door and even the video they were watching " BBQ liao" Stuff: The stuff are super friendly! Experience may be different base on room type. As always, you pay for the price. The room rate ranging from rm20-55. Walk in price are cheaper. I booked through Agoda, which is 2 times more expensive then what they offer. They also have membership price. Which are rm20. Highly recommended to call in to them directly to book with them.

Staff is friendly and room are comfy for the price, a plus when can even check in early and check out late, conveniences around the building (banks nearby, eateries, 24hours 7-11) but no sound proof in the room..can hear people cough loudly or television loudly from next room at 6.30am during weekend..very annoying and irritated when u want to rest. TV hbo channel got great story but screen is not clear, internet can't function well during peak hours, do need to be careful when parking in front of hotel as my car gets blocked and nobody knows the owner of the car when asked around, kinda missed an appointment..need to park by the side of hongleong bank where cars can't obstruct (no need to pay City councils during weekend).
