Had a short stay yet memorable. The reception team, especially Gede, was exceptionally explainable—truly amazing! The management should take pride in having him on the team. The restaurant team delivered outstanding service, anticipating guests’ needs and offering a ‘feels like home’ experience. Staff from other departments were also very helpful. Overall, their warm service exceeded our expectations. While we enjoyed the Chicken Brunch, Salmon Ely’s, and Vietnamese roll, we found the dishes slightly lacking in seasoning. It would be great if the chef could consider developing additional sauces for a savory experience. The menu options weren’t very impressive for us, and adding snack choices would be a welcome improvement. The room and its facilities were fantastic, providing a relaxing ambiance throughout our stay. Our balcony offered a comfortable view. Adding a room fragrance could be a nice touch. The last but not least, a big thank you to the hardworking and dedicated team for their excellent service. We look forward to returning for another weekend escape! Luv ♥️ The Budiasa’s

Me and my boyfriend had an amazing experience staying here. It feels like you’re surrounded by jungle and nature, and from the moment we arrived here we felt super relaxed. The staff are super friendly and helpful, everybody was smiling and greeting us. The pool is incredible, and we spent many hours floating around in it, enjoying the beautiful pool! The room was huge and luxurious, with one of the most beautiful bathrooms I’ve ever had in a hotel. We had a fantastic stay here and would definitely come back!

This Hotel is perfect. We really love the room, the environment, the facilities. The villa is unbelieveably clean. The most impressive thing is that the staff are friendly ans helpful beyond expectation. On the checkout date we went for a rafting tour and forgot to bring our clothes. When we back to the hotel we ask if the hotel can offer us a place for shower and changing, unbelieavably they really managed to find a room for us. Thanks very much for all the staff again!

We stayed at Adiwana Unagi Suites for 3 nights in a pool access room and really enjoyed it. The grounds are stunning. The rooms are large, clean, well-kept, luxurious and have everything you need. The timber, carvings, bamboo and painted murals give the modern room a traditional feel. The service here is friendly, warm and welcoming. There are little extras showcasing Balinese culture which we loved…complimentary afternoon tea (on the top deck at Sky Lounge) which changed daily and includes portions of traditional Balinese cakes/snacks, there are local, exotic fruits in your room, we received a delivery each evening that included delicious biscuits along with printed information on different aspects of Balinese culture. Breakfasts/dinners/poolside snacks are all beautifully presented and delicious and Sky Lounge was our favourite spot to relax at sunset or after dinner with a cocktail. The spa makes the most of the tropical jungle with waterfall setting and the experience is bliss. The one thing that may not suit everyone is there are lots of stairs here!

Our experience at Adiwana Unagi Suites was amazing. Everything ranging from the hospitality, room cleanliness, food, and amenities were flawless. There was a mistake on the booking we made for our massage, so they quickly offered us to transport us to their sister hotel so we can have the massage there. I am telling you guys, hospitality here is amazing. Even if you encounter some difficulties, they will go above and beyond to make sure they get solved. Special thanks to Mila for being such an amazing butler, and to the rest of the team that helped us deal with the electricity, and massage transport. You guys are the best!
