Our family of 5 enjoyed a wonderful 4 nights at KajaNe Mua in Ubud in October 2023. The staff were friendly and attentive, the complimentary afternoon tea (with iced coffee or other drinks of choice) delivered to our room daily was delicious. The private infinity pool was a welcome reprieve from the Ubud heat and our rooms were very luxurious. A highlight for us was when several staff surprised us all by turning up with a birthday cake and candles for our youngest son's birthday. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had lots of choice and we enjoyed a number of refreshing drinks and meals in the restaurant. We would definitely recommend this resort and hope to go back ourselves one day.

Great breakfast, kid friendly. The private shared pool at our villa was good. Air Con was quiet and beds were amazingly comfortable. Beautiful surroundings, immaculately clean. Keep an eye out for the squirrels. Will be back again.

One of the best stays I ever had in my entire life!! The staff are super friendly and they have the best smile and the most sincere attitude I have ever seen. The breakfast buffet is also awesome, high quality as well. They would drive us around the town, super convinient. They would also ask about our concern and plans in during our stay, to make sure we have everything sorted out. The private villa is fantastic! They would come all the way to serve us high tea everyday, and help to set up mosquito repellent every evening. The full of nature landscape is also very relaxing, location is also great, all the cool restaurant and convinient store and massage parlor at a walking distance! Thank you Kajane Mua team for the pleasant stay, my mom and I loved it here a lot! Thanks for the towel and the softener too. I would definitely visit again if I had the chance! Love from Malaysia/Japan.

We had a wonderful time at KajaNe Mua in Ubud, Bali and would recommend to others thinking of staying in Ubud. We were glad to receive a welcome drink after our long day of travel. The staff's warm hospitality, with personalized greetings and a willingness to assist, made us feel truly welcome and taken care of. The location is convenient along a main road, close to shops and restaurants. If available, you can also make use of their free shuttle service to nearby areas such as restaurants. The breakfast selection was excellent, and we were always welcomed by the friendly staff. The complimentary afternoon tea and daily bottled water was also a nice touch. Our deluxe room was spacious and kept well-cleaned. Highly recommended!!

This hotel is gorgeous! I am so impressed and loved out stay here! The hotel is beautiful on the outside, the pool is so peaceful and the rooms are immaculate! The service has also been amazing and the staff have been so helpful and accommodating I cannot have asked for more! They helped us organize a cooking class and they also packed us a breakfast for our early morning Mt. Batur sunrise trek! Love this place and cannot recommend it more!
