Front desk staff is unprofessional and inexperienced. Room is below average, compared to the price you’re paying, it has no direct access to the beach. Some of the towels provided were found dirty with stains on them, and they are overly used (very rough texture) Room had no TV and the sink was clogged. It is fair to say that the restaurant served very delicious meals, and waiters there were good. P.s the road leading to the hotel is horrible, so maybe you wanna stay somewhere directly on the beach where you can truly enjoy Nusa Penida nature

This place is amazing and so so worth it. The employees are so extremely kind and smiley. Our room also had a breathtaking view of the beach and water. But really, I’m leaving an amazing review because I had left my swimsuit in my room and didn’t realize until I had left the island, and they were so kind as to do everything they could to help me get it back. If I’m ever back on Nusa Penida, I will definitely be staying here again.

The road leading to the property is in very poor condition. After reaching the property no one was there to help with the luggage, we had to carry it 50 stairs down. They charged us extra in complimentary breakfast for coffee and croissants. Both Croissant and Coffee was mentioned in the menu and then it was charged. Horrible service. After paying such a hefty amount for the room, they charged us for one broken bottle 75,000 IDR. You can find better property with better service at other resorts easily.

The views are insane, the rooms are lovely clean and spacious. The service could have been a little better, I ordered room service and they forgot and never delivered. We had to ask for salt and pepper / butter multiple times at one sitting on multiple occasions at breakfast, also was deleivered the wrong breakfast, not what we asked for. This only happend when Juli was not working, when Juli was working the service was exceptional she made our stay at the hotel very pleasant. I would suggest renting a scooter as its a little out the way of the bars and resturants (but that's what we wanted) That being said this is a beautiful hotel and the staff are very friendly I would definitely stay again. Thank you
