Not happy with this place at all. Booked for ocean view room but got the garden view room. My friend complained so they give extra garden view room for free. The rooms are disgusting. 0 in cleanliness. Stain every where and toilet is so disgusting. We’re so disappointed with this place. However, two guys in reception are very friendly so I’ll rate 3 stars for service. Manager needs to be more responsive and do better job.

Booked a pool view room but clearly my room isn’t pool view. Already make sure wirh the reception and he said “the pool view rooms meant that room in located in the different building with the pool”. You only found out that they have 2 location when you check in, and if you book pool view room isn’t in the building by the beach. Its in the middle of nowhere and just like normal guest house with pool. Difficult to access the place. Not worth the money, you could find another guest house by main street with the same price you paid here.

I have been with my family in this hotel - bungalows for three days, and our opinion is excellent, both for the landscape, with views of the sea, its gardens full of bonsai and beautiful and exotic plants, as well as the treatment received by the staff that He leads the service, as they are very friendly, helpful and took great care of us during our stay. We recommend 100% if you are coming to Nusa Penida.

We had a terrible experience at the hotel. The location is out in the wild. There is no room service. At night, there is no one at the hotel, and you are all by yourself in a jungle, which was scary for us. To top it up, we found big lizard and cockroaches in the washroom. Room wasn't clean. Only good thing is the sunset view. Could be a decent option is you are with a large group and you plan to book 3-4 rooms. Wouldn't suggest it for couples or nuclear families.

Room: where cosy hut style but very noisy and bathrooms not working well, we had no water 00-06am for 2 nights we spent there, so we had to leave to excursions early morning without preparing well ourselves due to this. Service: staff very friendly, but the breakfast was included or 50K and you get a banana pancake and coffee, or 3 pieces of toast and an omelette plus coffee or tea. It was tasty, but very little quantity per person. Location: Despite the highlights in this accommodation are the sunsets, the problem is not the location itself, but the roads to get there that are still not well prepared (as the 80% roads in Nusa Penida, I must say). It's around 20-25min away from the harbour area, but you got markets close by around 10 min walking. Other than this, you are in the middle of the forest, which despite being something nice and beautiful, you can find it inconvenient if you need something of urgency (the perks of being deep-ish in the nature!) We would recommend to go somewhere else in Nusa Penida not so far from the harbour or convenience services.
