The hotel is really nice. The rooms are very well thought through, the breakfast is great, they have a bar downstairs with very good gin tonic and there is a very nice restaurant as well. On top of everything there is free parking. Margareta from the reception was super friendly and helped us with expectations for breakfast :) While the place is a bit far from the city, you can reach a tram stop in about 10 min walk and then you are 30 min on the tram to reach the center. Overall not that bad, we did take an uber back from the city and paid under 5 EUR for the ride.

That a fantastic modern casino hotel location near the center area. During the night time you can walk around to discover more places with the night view. Breakfast was good and lot of variety. All room are pretty huge clean and tidy. Room view was fantastic and feel relax with peaceful during the stay. Coach parking, restaurants was available surrounding the hotel. Hotel facilities no idea. Coz the staff was very rude to me during I'm take photo for the hotel. That a WiFi free for all guests. Luggage storage is available for hotel guest. Wheelchair accessible to the hotel.

Really really good hotel! Big & free parking in the front. Nice and friendly check-in. Room is good for this price, big bathroom with good shower. They have also a fitness room to use. Big casino inside (did not try it) Nice restaurant - we tried roomservice. Our dinner was really fast ready and hot. Place is good because its on big street - perfect for people that doing a roadtrip! I just can say really nice hotel!

What is customer service ? Arrived ar 23.30 after a long travel, customer serive told us we got overbooked, the hotel wasn't trying to compensate, no extra's no refunds no nothing. Had to share a room with a colleague even tho we paid for separate rooms. The only response was "take it up with booking.com" A hotel that takes itself serious would try to arrange accomodation in another hotel if there's no room available due to their own mistakes. At the very least extra amenities should have been offered for free. Next day, no room was offered again even tho people already left the hotel. "we have new arrivals today" was the response, even though we paid for a room, no room was offered yet again. Only on the third night, a room was offered. Again, no refunds, no nothing, again, we paid full price for both rooms. Sadly apart from the tacky rooms and general hotel design, the lacking customer serivce is not the only gripe I had during my stay. My room smelled like mold, and mold was indeed present in the showers and on the faucet in the bathroom. It took some hours of venting before the smell would disappear, but each morning it would inevitably come back. The breakfast was lackluster but im not sure what else I could realistically expect given all the previous mentioned faults. One postive note to end on, their Taurus restaurant had really good food.
