Aspa wellness is Dirty, sauna and hot steam smells bad, dressing room is Dirty and very small , no tea in spa only water terrible , dry fruits taste bad no way !!!

Hi, we accidentally left substantial cash in an envelope in the room when we checked out. We were told that the housekeeping manager and staff didn't see it. I stayed at the hotel from May 17 to May 18 with a group of 30 organized by Super Travels from Singapore. My room mate and accidentally left a sealed envelope with €430 cash in it and with our two names and the amount written on it when we checked out on May 18 morning. It was for tips and additional option tour. We realized 2-3 hrs after we checked out. Our Singapore tour guide called up the hotel. She was later told that the housekeeping staff didn't see the envelope Subsequently it seemed that the housekeeping manager went to the room with the housekeeping staff and didn't find it. I felt that it was not possible that the housekeeping staff didn't see it. As the amount is substantial and it is more than the cost of an one-night stay, the housekeeping staff shouldn't have mistaken it as tips. We were not celebrities staying in a 5-star hotel. The sealed envelope was thick with cash notes and it was left on the table just below the TV. It is not possible for the housekeeping staff didn't see it. I wish the top management in the hotel will investigate the case.

It was a most pleasant stay for our group. Everything was very well organized. This hotel manages to exceed customer expectations in almost every aspect. The guests are being very well welcomed at the reception. The rooms are big and well equipped and the beds are comfy. The bathrooms are also large enough. At breakfast you have everything you need and there is enough personal. Room service is exceptional! There is a casino, a cafe and a bar. If you need a relaxation - there is as wellness centre on the last floor with a nice view - swimming pool and saunas are great, but I wouldn't get a massage again.

We stayed at Hotel Antunovic in Zagreb for one night on 17th May. A member of our tour group accidentally left an envelope containing 430 euro on the desk upon checking out. The envelope had names of the room guests & the amount it contained as it was meant to be given to the tour leader as gratuity. The loss was discovered within 3 hours of leaving. Calls to the hotel management by the tour company resulted in a total denial of the envelope being found. It could not have been thrown away by the housekeeping staff as the contents were clearly marked on the envelope & it was sealed. Even if the staff took it to be a tip, our call to the management would have clearly debunked such a notion. Anyway, the amount of 430 euro is too large to be taken as a tip for one night’s stay in this hotel. Management clearly failed to investigate. Honesty & staff integrity is questionable. Be wary.
