Great hotel if you have an early flight or late landing. The hotel is actually located inside terminal 3, which is a bonus. Located is up from arrivals. The rooms are compact, but they are comfortable. Small bathroom with a shower. Tea / coffee making facilities. With the hotel located inside the airport, there are food outlets. There is a small snack bar for drinks, sandwiches and chocolate, etc, at the hotel reception. My one criticism is that the internal rooms have a green safety light that is on all the time. If you are used to sleeping in a fully dark room, I suggest you bring an eye mask with you 😁.

I loved that this hotel didn’t have any windows as we could go to bed early (to get into a different time zone), with no light! The room was fairly compact but very comfortable with everything you could need including a great bathroom & tea making facilities. Although the hotel doesn’t have a lobby it does have a nice shared space where you can get coffee watch TV & use a computer. The location is what makes this hotel so perfect, as it was only a very short walk to the airport terminal & you didn’t have to go outside as it’s located within the arrivals halls at Terminal 3.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. None of the airport staff was helpful at pointing me in the right direction to find the hotel located inside terminal 3. The Aerotel staff directed me over the phone to being able to find them easily. If you are looking for a nice place to get some rest without leaving the airport this is your place. The bed was very comfortable. Very hot water for the shower. They provide water bottles, some in room coffee that can be made and there is body wash and shampoo in the shower.

Check in was fast and very efficient, with very nice staff. The room was very small I had a couple of large bags and there was just no where to put them. There is no chair. so all you can do is sit on the bed. The bathroom again was small but very smart with good shower, towels and gel. All was very clean with very comfortable bed and linen. Thats it, serves a purpose but does come at a price.If you have an early flight I suggest you do a quick recce of where your check in desk is, as the Hotel is in T2 arrivals.

You cannot have super high expectations for this type of hotel, but for what it is, it is very good. It exists outside of customs and immigration, so unlike similar hotels in Singapore and Dubai which are on the flight side of immigration, this will require going through immigration both ways if you are connecting in T3. That does provide extra flexibility, however, for early or early departures. It is very basic, as other reviewers have stated the rooms are very very small and without windows (but therefore needing less soundproofing given that it is an airport hotel), but quite functional. It is not particularly inexpensive, but the fact that you do not have to pay for any transportation and save time and uncertainty with shuttles for other hotels is in its favor. Outside of the hotel is several amenities such a coffee shop, a drugstore, and a mini market with some basic foods. It is directly outside of the arrivals for T3, and a short walk to departures. Checking in is very simple, be warned that the elevator is slow, small, but only has three floors total to go to, and the corridors are relatively long and carpeted, so it is best to have luggage with good wheels.
