Nice hotel with easy check in and very convenient for Terminal 4. The staff were uniformly helpful and very pleasant and I would definitely stay there again. My only complaint is amlack.of attention to detail. For example: two light bulbs in my room did not work but had not been replaced making it difficult to work at the desk. Soap and shampoo was provided but the dispensers were empty. Both issues were evident on a cursory look around the room. That said, both issues were fixed as soon as I brought them to the attention of the front desk. Otherwise an almost perfect location to stay.

Very well appointed room, ours was a corner room so probably bigger than most. Everything worked well and it was incredibly quiet given the size and proximity to the road. We ate in the restaurant and had breakfast there. Both meals were excellent.

The hotel is really good for spending a night at the airport - only the food was surprisingly expensive, 20 pounds for a Chicken Caesar salad did hurt a little bit. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. EU socket available! The breakfast was...English. A little too heavy for my taste but they also had some Joghurt which was okay.

Booked due to early flight from heathrow. We got off the train at Liverpool Street Station and jumped on the Elizabeth line which took us straight to T4 Heathrow. Once there we took the lift to departures and followed the signs in a covered walk way straight to Crown Plaza, less than 2 mins we were checking in, cant believe how easy and smooth it was. Check in was quick and took the lift to our room. We were on the 5th floor overlooking the bar area. We went down to the bar for a drink and checked out the bar and restaurant menu. We decided to eat in the restaurant. The staff were very polite and took us to a table, the soup starter came out quick and it was hot. Then our mains arrived, large portions and hot. The price was reasonable for an airport hotel and we were surprised by the portion size. We finished and went back to the bar. The rooms are large and standard with the usual amenities. In the morning we went to breakfast which was buffet style with eggs and porridge to order. There was a large selection of hot full English items, cold meats and cheses, salad bar, cerals, yogurts and pastries. You would be hard to find something not to eat! Check out was quick and the 2 min walk to departures was a dream. Will definitely book again when we fly from Heathrow
