Bed's were hard as a rock, yet it was a easy place to stay while we had a long layover. If you don't know your way around the airport, it may get confusing to find. Staff was awesome and super friendly.

Perfect spot if you have many hours between flights from terminal 4. We got some sleep and showered and even some breakfast! Rooms are clean, cold, Quiet, and dark. Highly recommend.

Good hotel, I liked, however you can feel sometimes the noise from some planes landing, but generally is Ok, good attention.

The room was nice and functional. I paid for 6 hours and arrived a little early, unfortunately that means you must leave early too. My room was beside reception.. Somebody wrote the female receptionist can be very noisy when speaking on the phone, fortunately it was a male receptionist on duty but this is something the hotel needs to be mindful of as i did hear some noise through the door which may have been other guests. I didn't use room service. The short stay was ideal as i had a long layover before flying from T4S

Brilliantl place Some of the staff were brilliant Views and experience amazing Had to offer 1 star for service as we were unable to get a late checkout The staff pretended to look at a computer screen as If the information was available. A bit lime the scene from faulty towers where basil was arguing with his fictitious ched in the kitchen. Really ruined the whole experience
