Stayed here for two nights over Christmas. Staff is very helpfull and friendly, both Zinhle and Joyce. But the room needed attention. No fridge in room. No towels were provided for the whole stay. Pillowsheets where torn. Duvet wasnt clipped and inner was hanging out. Curtain railing out the wall on one side and curtains clipped here and there. No roof fan no aircon and the small standfan barely worked. We wanted to try breakfast but at 9.30 they couldnt help us anymore.

The lodge is conveniently situated near the hotel in Kempton Park, within a secure and safe compound. What truly stands out are the exceptional staff members: Zintle at reception, Sister Joyce in the kitchen, and Justice, the driver. You'll also appreciate the delicious food and the serene, beautiful environment that is just a stone's throw away from the airport.

My mom made a booking last month and due to circumstances she had to cancel her booking,the lady we spoke too,I wouldn't even call her a lady Zinhle,she was so rude on the phone,I asked to speak to the manager and she told me he only works weekends no wander the place is falling apart,the manager works only weekends,I would advise anyone not to make a booking in future. Just to respond to your reply,I do not have the time to stand at gates to beat up staff ,I live in the UK,so that is definitely false and I'm surprised you were able to reply so quickly to my review but when I asked to speak to you as the manager,you were no where to be found as I was told you work weekends only,so who is being uncivilised here.

The most unpleasant experience ! Pathetic service! What i paid for is not what i got. I booked a King-size room, arrived at 14.30 to find a burst pipe (which i totally overlooked as wear and tear is out of anyone's control). I was downsized to a double room, without DSTV (which i paid for), i was told to add my own app logins on the smart tv which i refused. The owners logins were then submitted in order for me to watch showmax. I then turned on the shower , to ice cold water, without any towels available in the bathroom might i add. I was NEVER moved to a king-size room and when i queried a refund in difference was told they would send me a R100, a complete joke to say the least. When faced with a scenario as this one would expect to be upsized as opposed to downsized. Too date i still have not received the lousy refund?
