Be careful of scam!! First of all: The location is pretty nice. It was not super duper clean but we didn’t mind that. The problem was that we felt betrayed from the staff. We came and an employee offered to take one of our bags (he put it in the elevator and then to our room) and then wanted to have a tip. Then the staff at the counter booked a scooter for us. We paid extra to get the scooter delivered and picked up (there was no other option). We agreed on a day when we give back the scooter. On that day we asked the staff again to call the rental service and ask if they can come pick up the scooter at 10pm. The staff said they will do that and that the pick up time is fine. When we came back in the evening there was nobody to pick up the scooter. We asked again and they said nobody is coming and that we have to pay again for another day cause the rental office is already closed. We discussed with them and at the end they offered to bring back the scooter and get our ID and deposit back. When they came back (after a really long time) they didn’t want to give us the fully deposit back and wanted to have money for returning the scooter. It was not our fault that they did not manage to call the scooter rental like they told us and we discussed a lot (all with translator cause nobody who was there atm could speak English). At the end we got the money back but the whole situation was really annoying and it took so much time.

I have stayed here several times and the value of the room is decent. It has a fridge and you can get the hottest shower you can imagine. The staffs here are not so professional, but if you are used to staying in HCMC, this place seems to have a good value. They have the least English speaking people and it’s what makes it most difficult.
