Terrible experience! Check in was not ready in time Room wasn't properly cleaned when we came in room Advertised a free mini bar which was in fact 1 Pepsi can, we then asked for the room to be stocked with the drink items (we explained we don't care about paying for it) listed in their information file and it took 2 of the three days for this with hassling for this to be done. They kept telling me they would get back to us about issues and never did. I had to follow up. I Was spoken down to. Not child friendly. We tried to leave early and get refund for the last 2 nights. Not only were they difficult but they argued with me stating we only booked and paid for 2 nights not 3. I actually had to go up to my room and get my banking app open and prove I paid three nights for them to believe me! It was embarrassing. We were ushered away from main guests at breakfast on the second day.. they didn't do this to any other guests that morning. They tried to charge us with stains on a pillow that they said the laundry staff couldn't wash out.. not only was this a whole ordeal for us to address with all other issues but my husband actually managed to clean it spotless in the bathroom sink with no laundry supplies handing it back to them clean! But hey, they gave us an apology card! Would not suggest anyone go here. They didn't make us feel welcome at all. In fact they ruined our stay here in Vietnam. We are not normally complainers and we have never had an experience this poor in a hotel before.

The hotel experience was generally positive, but the beds were notably uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. Despite being in one of the better renovated rooms, the mattresses felt like concrete with a towel on top. Unfortunately, this led to canceling the remaining four nights. It would be beneficial for the management to invest in better mattresses and pillows for improved guest experience.

We stayed here for 4 nights and the hotel was very nice. We ate breakfast daily at the hotel and it was delicious. "Nhi", restaurant waitress, greeted us with a big friendly beautiful smile and was very attentive. "Deo Thi Van Anh, housekeeper, was very attentive and clean our room beyond our expectation. We recommend staying at this hotel.

I would want to compliment a very kind staff I have met throughout my stay in Paragon Saigon Hotel. Her name is Amber ( Tram Anh). She is a very excellent, beautiful, polite and patient lady, that never fails to put a smile on her face. She is indeed a very jovial and my family and I enjoyed our breakfast because of her. The overall facilities and service I got from this hotel was marvelous and I will not hesitate to come back again for my next trip. Overall, I would like to thank and compliment Amber (Tram Anh) for her outstanding service as well as her delightful personality.
