Hi, English speaking person was rude while talking on the phone, complaining that we were late one hour because of plain delay. There was already one person waiting for 45 mins by the door. Another person came to open the door, that person was polite and easy going, Russian and Italian speaking, he let us leave out luggage after check out and gave us spare key to the B&B. Room was OK although shower space is for 8 year old kid. No room at all. If you are claustrophobic I do not recommend.

Bathroom not cleaned up, the room was not as clean as the fotos showed.

Check-in was from 9.00-00.00. We reported that we would arrive between 11 p.m. and midnight, which was accepted. Upon arrival at 11.30 p.m., the door is locked and there is a note on the door with an additional contact number. We made about 20 calls to the owner and sent messages - ZERO REPLY. So we had to look for a new place to stay in the middle of the night. Believe me, nothing pleasant. If you don't want something like that to happen to you, avoid this place.
