Me and my daughter stayed there 5 days in May. Florence expected us was very helpful attentive and kind. It is actually a 3 room appt. 2 front rooms and one back room. There is a mutual space with fridge coffee and which was great surprise. We preferred silence on view so we picked the back triple room. For just sleeping and passing by it was good but I would prefer the front room if I stayed more in the room or worked there. The good: -Perfect location! Beautiful neighborhood close to everything nut a bit off the touristic hussle. -Lots of busses near by -Comfortable and clean room -snacks, soap etc, silent -Barnum cafe just below -Free coffee and snacks,yogurt etc -Wifi The bad: - The back room very dark room - if u open the windows theres a bad smell from a meat restaurant kitchen -theres a safe but not functioning - The whole place gas water heater is locked inside the room. We found it after hearing strange knocking sound from a locked door in our room, then a guy showed up with a new water heater and said it was in our room and needs to be replaced only 20 min. We were about to leave and It took 90 min of drilling and soldering stinky dirty and noisy while we stayed there as I dont know him (and cant open window). We missed our plan that evening while suffering inside. Florence knew about it but was away. Next day she said the plumber was the owner of that place ! He said nothing and she said nothing when he was working and acted like an plumber. I am quite angry about that- would have expected a notice and someone to be with him and to give us another room or another hotel. Take that into considerations. Overall I reccomend of you are on a budget and mostly need it to sleep its great.
