Confirmation email didnt incluse the code for the Key . No client service available, no line were responding we had to pay extra to Book an hotel and it ruined our weekend and still 0 help from them

HORRIBLE - DO NOT STAY HERE This was a terrible experience. I booked a nice 1 bedroom apartment. They were not emailing me and did not send me the information to get into the apartment. I was arriving at 1AM so I needed that information since I knew it would be hard to contact anybody at that time. Well, it was hard to contact anybody in general, especially now to obtain my refund 2 months after. On the day of my arrival around 2PM when I finally reach them they tell me my reserved apartment had some problem that something broke so it was not available but that they had another one I could use, it was in another area and they told me it was an upgrade and had 2 rooms (to which I said I didn' care since I booked 1 room, so having 2 rooms was no upgrade for me). Since I was arriving at 1AM and was traveling during the time we were communicating I was not able to book another place in such short notice (2-3PM while I was at airport/flying) so I arrive at this new place at 2AM. It was nasty, very dark, no AC!!, very ugly and looked very cheap compared to the pics of the other apt. It looked like a horrible downgrade while I was paying for a better apartment, so the next day I tell them I don' want to stay there and requested a refund for the rest of the stay since they didnt have my actual reserved apartment available. They said it was ok. It's been 2 months and I haven't heard back from them or Expedia (who is allegedly trying to reach them to no avail) STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

Very disappointing. Although the room was large. There were no windows and it felt very claustrophobic. Also they left only half a roll of toilet paper for 2 people for 4 days. No change of bedding or towels either during this time. They also did not pick us up at the airport as expected and paid for. The taxi was €40 each way. Totally misled agin as on the website it stated 7 miles from the airport… more like 27! Staff most unhelpful I have come across.

Would not recommend at all. Not friendly for check in process. Place was not to standard. Heater didn’t work and there was no hot water to shower with a below 30s weather. Place wasn’t clean, there were no toiletries nor a heads up to bring your own stuff. When asked to be given a refund for the inconvenience the owner made up a defamatory story about existing damages being made by us. Terrible experience.
