I stayed in a couple room with a top view. The room was spacious. Everything else was way better than all of Europe's hotel experiences I had so far. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. I have no complaints for anything. It's more than I thought when I was booking this hotel

This hotel is a dying business. The furniture is old. Our bed was broken and bending to one side. I’ve uploaded the picture, you can see that the bed is broken and bending. The sauna was cold. I had to wait for three days to get the sauna appointment and then although I had booked it days before, when I came and took shower and then went to the sauna, it was cold and freezing. I had to take a shower again to warm up a little bit and came back to my room without being able to use the sauna. The towel in the sauna had a blood mark on it. Bed sheets in the room are old and lost its whiteness. The rooms smell cigarette all the time. There’s a problem with their AC. It’s either too cold or too hot. In some of their rooms (this was the case in our room too) the “do not disturb” button doesn’t work and their housekeeping staff keeps entering the room while you’re sleeping. Location is not bad. We paid 100 euros for a night and stayed 4 nights. But I’d never stay here again.

The service was very good. Very kind people. The room was also good and clean. It was just a problem with the drain. the drain was a bit blocked. But not a big deal. After some days it was cleaned again by the personal. The breakfast was tasty. VERY sweet juice. Too sweet for me, maybe for Turks it’s okay. Would come again. Thank you. Greetings from Germany and Russia

Really upset. Room smells bad (smoking smell) bed is going down from the middle, and carpet is dirty. I asked for another room, they offered one with separate beds that have same issues. Everything is under-expected from a 5 stars hotel. I am still wondering how it is 5 stars hotel in google! We canceled our reservation of the second night and went to another hotel. We did the reservation online through Priceline. Pictures were not representing reality at all. We have been in much cheaper and amazing hotel in Istanbul.

This is DEF not a 5 star hotel. I am not sure how they get away with being a 5 star hotel. When u enter the property, it is nice. When u get to the room you kind of start realizing this place is NOT 5 star. More like 3 reaching for a 4. The rooftop restaurant has the most limited menu. and it smelled like smoke. Didn't eat there. The free steam room sauna is only 30 mins. And u can't really get a reservation. The guy at the reservation desk for the sauna is rude. Last but not least. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY IF U WANT AIR CONDITIONING. it is sooo hot in the room. I called and asked my why ac was pumping out hot air. They said the hotel is set to heat! Makes no sense at all! Not individual settings for the room. The rooms were unbelievably hot during the night. I had to open the window all the way and it was still too hot and dry.
