Great location (near sightseeings and bazaar) and amazing view from our room. Hotel has underground parking, perfect to leave your car there for the whole trip. We arrived at the hotel at 6AM and the hotel agreed to check us in at our arrival, way before their usual check-in time. We were impressed by the hotel's hospitality. Staff members were very kind and helpful with all the information we needed. The continental breakfast was diverse and there were a lot of options to choose from. At our departure, I forgot some clothing items in the room, and the hotel kindly agreed to search for and recover the items. Thank you so much for everything, we gad an amazing stay!! We will definitely come back!

Never stay at this hotel if you don’t want to be robbed! We booked two rooms for us and our parents from 17 November to 26 November at this hotel. Everything was fine, except the last day, when from the locker at our room was stolen 4100 EUR in cash from the wallet. It was done so professionally: they put a a paper into the wallet and left only 50 EUR on top, so it was looks like the money still inside and someone did it right before few hours of our leaving, so we recognised that stolen money only at home. And we recognised that sometimes stuff open the door to our room even without our allowance to it — as they said to check that room is cleaned well. And hotel doesn’t take any responsibility for that, because as they said the locker «can’t open anyone except us». But for our request to providing videos from cameras in the corridor — they stopped responding. What a shame for 4-stars hotel. I travelled hundred times in my life and never had such situation before. Stay away from this hotel.

This is Angry and Bad Hotel no hospitality , They hit my car and after i told they unflated my tyre from revenge . i seen them on parking lot cameras. I posted pictures . Do do book here , they also post fake reviews.
