One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to! Starting from the first moment at the welcoming receptionist desk and to the everyday breakfast with the most amazing and pleasant people who works there! Thank you very much! Rooms: everyday clean, nice size of the bead, good bathroom, D block is super quiet Breakfast: delicious, everyday is something new ( sandwiches or waffles that you can assemble by yourself)

I recently stayed at this hotel for seven nights and had a satisfying experience overall. The rooms were consistently clean and tidy, with daily cleaning services. The staff was notably lovely and friendly, and the receptionist was warm and welcoming. The hotel's location near Taksim Square and Istiklal Street was very convenient, only one minute from Istiklal Street. I initially booked a no-view standard room but was assigned a not-so-great room. After a night, I requested a room change but had to pay a little extra to upgrade due to limited availability at that level. I really appreciate your effort to accommodate my request. The receptionist also helped us to take a taxi to the airport for a reasonable price and on time. One highlight was the excellent breakfast – fresh and varied daily. Special mention to Sama, the staff member who served during breakfast. Her warmth and friendliness added a delightful touch to the dining experience, making it even more enjoyable. One suggestion for improvement would be for the hotel to provide guide brochures for guests and tourists. These brochures could include valuable information about historical places, commuting options, guidance on using public transportation, and general information about the city and its attractions. This addition would enhance the overall guest experience and serve as a helpful resource for those looking to explore the city and its surroundings more efficiently. The positive aspects, including the attentive staff and prime location, made my stay enjoyable. Thank you!

It is one of the most beautiful hotels I have visited in Istanbul. I was surprised by the generosity in the morning breakfast and the attention of the staff to every visitor in order to provide the best services. What was remarkable was the work of the employee “Kadir”, who used to offer smiles with every service he provided to a customer. He made you feel that you were at home and not a visitor in a hotel. I hope to return. Here next time

The hotel wasn’t bad, but in the room was very noisy and even earplugs didn’t help. We asked to move in another room from luxe to standard one, and it was much more new, clean and silent. I recommend you to book this type of room. Stuff was nice and very friendly. Food was also fine - buffet with a big choice. On the picture standard room, which is much better for me.

It was my first time in Istanbul and my sister’s second time. And we both enjoyed it so much, thankfully to Akka Taksim Hotel. The geography of this hotel is just perfect - 1 minute and you are already in the centre of the city - Istiklal street. Also, I must admit that the service was amazing as well - all stuff are very nice and friendly people, who were ready to help you with any problem that might appear - starting from making a cup of coffee for u during breakfast(which was very tasty btw) to keeping rooms very clean everyday . The design of the hotel is very stylish and nice - it really does capture the atmosphere of this colourful and beautiful city. So, if you are planning visiting Istanbul - you should definitely check this option- I promise it won’t disappoint you!!
