Olympos Garden Hotel

The location is perfect. The receptionist (Emir) was very helpful and supportive in fixing our reservation mistakes. The room is clean but very small, and there was a problem in the bathroom door that was not fixed Conclusion: The hotel is perfect for low-budget travel

We were staying in this hotel for 1 week, was chosen due to location and nice photos. As we couldn’t complain in booking, we would like to inform foreign tourists about pluses and minuses. As for BAD things: 1. Service - cleaning : no cleaning or very bad quality. There was trash in our room when we moved in on the 1st day, we had to clean by ourselves. One time cleaning during week, and madam throw away our packets and food without any permission. No change of towels, hairs, dust, dirty spots everywhere. - staff : they are nice, but mostly all of them don’t speak English properly. We asked for extra blanket and they didn’t bring us coverage. You need to ask for toilet paper for yourself. And you need to ask several times as they forget. Also, they were smoking in reception on the 1st floor near rooms with guests 2. Rooms - soundproof : there is no any soundproof, you need to sleep with earplugs. And during weekends you will not be able to sleep even with them, walls and ceilings are super thin and you can here everything and everybody anytime - internet : it is really bad, you will not be able to work remotely if you need. Take it into your consideration But there are some GOOD things: 1. Rooms overview : rooms really looks like on photos, they are nice and probably new, big windows and super atmosphere. Good shower, we didn’t have any problems with water. Only they need to support them in good conditions (but they don’t) 2. Snack bar on the Reception floor : it was great idea to have this bar with water, tea, coffee unlimited for the whole day 3. Location : location is good as it is near Taksim, and Taksim is the middle of all main attractivenesses. You can easily get everywhere So as we spent in our hotel only nights, we paid a lot of attention for quality of our sleep and cleanness. In case it is not critical, it can be not bad place.
