Had a lovely time at this hotel. Excellent food and drink. Loved the cocktails in the lobby bar. Staff made a real effort for my partner's birthday. Evening entertainment shows were great. Spa treatment was fantastic. Good location to Kemer town, short walk to local shops.

It is a perfect hotel! Everything was at very high level. Rooms are very comfortable, clean, well designed. We enjoyed hammam and pool, there was a lot of entertainments for our 3 years old daughter and she loved them a lot. Especially food was great, we would like to thank Chef for great choice of dishes and perfect taste. We loved ala cart restorants as well. For sure we will visit this hotel again.

I assumed it had to be some upper-class, five-star hotel based on the pricing. In general, it was a decent vacation with my child, but it fell quite short of my expectations. Consequently, I would rate it with three starts. The most significant issue was that the hotel was consistently fully booked. If you didn't arrive right before the usual check-in time (2 pm) or leave at midday, you had to wait for hours. For instance, we arrived at 4 am and waited for seven hours in the lobby. On the day of departure, we waited for five hours. Another issue was the limited variety of food; approximately 80-90% of the dinner dishes were the same each day (breakfast and lunch were 100% repetitive). There were occasional special evenings like Asian or Italian-themed dinners, but these only featured 2-3 unique dishes, while everything else remained the same as every day. However, it's worth noting that the food was quite tasty. The fitness room was also quite small and lacked a variety of equipment. Prices at the wellness center were exceedingly high and non-negotiable, costing about 100 Euros per hour. Evenings until midnight were noisy due to the music, even though our room was located quite far from the source. On a positive note, our room was very spacious and well-appointed. In summary, your overall experience might depend on the price you paid, but there are generally better options in Turkey.

The biggest value of this hotel is the impeccable stuff. The people are so friendly, welcoming and helpful making sure that your every wish is satisfied to their best abilities. The dinner buffet is the best we’ve ever experienced at an all-inclusive around the world. So many options for vegetarians as well as meat eaters. They also do an excellent job with fitness, entertainment and kids activities. They offer multiple languages and are inclusive of all guests and nationalities unlike so many other countries around the world. The only downside is that the music plays extremely loud until midnight in this and the neighboring hotels, which makes it challenging to fall asleep, especially for families with kids. But everything else was making up for it well beyond. Thank you so much for having us! We are looking forward to staying here again in the future.
