Terribly old and outdated rooms at extreme expensive rates in comparison to many other hotels in Dubai. The standard room is very small and very depressing. It looks like you’re sitting in an old bathroom. Don’t be fooled by the description on their website. The staff are pleasant and understanding of the conditions of the rooms and tried to accommodate us in a bigger room, but it’s still very outdated and depressingly old with cheap furniture. The management of the hotel should be embarrassed of their rooms.

I enjoyed my most recent vacation with my partner at this exotic hotel. Great ambience, friendly and respectful staff. The hotel smells so nice, so much that I can still smell it even after having left there over a week ago. The only bummer is that they don't sell any alcohol at their bar but that's a luxury problem because you can always get some when you're out dining.🙃

Hotel is beautiful, old, and has a traditional architecture, but it is upscale. Beautifully decorated. Staff is very polite and warm. Our rooms had balconies with an amazing view. The breakfast spread was very delicious, many selections. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant as well. The food was very tasty, everything was cooked perfectly. The pool area is very cute and they have staff to tend to you as needed. First time in Dubai and this made it a great experience!
