Very bad and dirty hotel. I have found bed bugs. Washroom was dirty. Bad service. Bad smell in the room. I have wasted my money. I will never recomed any body to reserve any room. The hotel stander is like 2 star. Not a 4 star.

No light atop the washbasin mirror in the bathroom. So you can't see yourself clearly. This is the only hotel apartment that doesn't have light in the bathroom washbasin. Only one light that is just behind you when you face the mirror. Difficult for both women n men to dress up with our missing faces on the mirror. No bathroom floor towels provided. Constant fruit flies shutting between the open kitchen sink and the bathroom. Improvement greatly required.

During my recent 8 night stay at the Al Manar Grand Hotel Apartment with my family, we had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and responded immediately. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city and there were plenty of great indian restaurants within walking distance. Overall, our stay was excel lent and comfortable.

I recently stayed at the Grand Manar Hotel and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The staff’s professionalism was severely lacking, which was just the beginning of the issues. Despite their policy, my deposit was not returned, and I had to follow up with them constantly for two months to get them back. The room conditions were appalling. I encountered bed bugs, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the cleanliness was below any standard, with visible blood stains and a persistent issue of humidity that made the stay uncomfortable. When I brought these issues to the attention of the sales manager, their response was shocking and dismissive. They compared their hotel to the Burj Al Arab, stating that even such a prestigious hotel has bed bugs, which I found to be a completely inappropriate and irrelevant response. The rooms felt unsafe and clearly haven’t been updated in a long time, adding to the overall sense of neglect and poor management. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The conditions are unsanitary, the service is unprofessional, and the environment is far from being guest-friendly.
