We stayed here as a group with Family and really had a nice time during our stay here. The place was very clean and well maintained, the service of the Staffs were very good and the waiting time for Check-in or Check-out were very less. The Rooms were very clean and washrooms were ok for the Budget we had for the group. The Rooms were cleaned on the daily basis and hot water was available all day. The main thing about this Hotel is the location and budget it comes at. Within walkable distance there is Mall and Metro Station. There is also a Supermarket straight opposite to the Hotel entrance.

The room was very dirty and old . Window mirror and carpet were very dirty . The bathroom was disgusting. The bed was not really clean . Air conditioning was leaking in the bathroom. The desk in the room was sticky. The staff and receptionist were very helpful and friendly and courteous. The hotel location is very close to the main bus station and also the metro station and many other places.

Order the water: They will ask you to pay instantly even if you ask add in room bill. They will keep asking to pay instantly only. Which 3 star 4 star hotel ask you to pay instantly? I believe they have missed hotel management courses.

My wife and I got married here on November 8th for the price we payed the service we received during our wedding was dreadful our projector was broke and could not function the hotel offers no assistance some of the items we were offerd for our event was not honored the food was amazing however the service was a lack there of knowone checked or topped up any of the food trays there was no server present our photographer had to instruct and ask the hotel staff to assist or do there job our guests had to assist and offer to help do things then at the end of our evening the hotel staff all showed up about 40 min early and started cleaning up before we were done making us feel like we had to exit before the event was over. Our host was unavailable for our event the fill in could not speak English so only half our guests knew what was being said although he kept apologizing the host skipped half of our event planning cutting out all the dances and games planned for the guests. My dream party the decorations were to die for they were beautiful my wife and I and our guests were so amazed. So as for my review for the hotel I do not recommend this hotel for an event like a wedding for the price you pay and the service you receive is not good this hotel needs a better understanding of event planning and service. Sorry I'm very disappointed..

It is a very average Hotel which appears to be hyped as a 4 star but seriously it's not. I met Mr. Colin at reception on my arrival and was allocated a room at ground floor with faucets broken and other problems especially with asthetics. Low floor is not my preference but was assured for higher floor next day at 2 pm which never happened for another 2 days until there was air conditioning malfunction with smoke in the room and they were forced to shift me to a higher floor immediately. It was very interesting to see the staff playing blame game on each other with night shift blaming the day shift for all miscommunication. I'm a regular traveler for this time in Dubai and this took another low in the service industry with especially house fly's hovering around on the breakfast table!
