One of the worst hotels I've ever been to. No internet available. No breakfast available. And the worst is how dirty the rooms are. Hair of previous residents is everywhere. And cockroaches are living with us in the same room. I stayed almost one night there and regret it.

Find elsewhere to stay. There is no internet, no towels in the room, the tv controls don’t work, they are understaffed, the rooms are not serviced, and you cannot control the air conditioning from the twin rooms. If you are in a deluxe room, be prepared for late night phone calls or visits asking you to alter your AC settings because the next room is feeling hot/cold. This is an excuse of a 5* hotel & the management needs to fix staffing issues ASAP so the team on ground has more support to actually do their jobs properly.
