The service is amazing and the staff welcoming, food during breakfast was amazing. The club access was nise where they serve hot drinks and small portion sweet and food. The think i would recommend to upgrade the furniture old and the pillow was so soft and old so I could not sleep well. Also the shower and the room was tented which us nice for families but foe couple it is adventure which was not met. But if i love the place

Booked a suite about two weeks in advance. Arrived at the hotel around 4pm and the room was not ready. Was given a temporary room that’s literally smaller than the bathroom in my house. Until 5pm they still cannot tell me when my actual room will be ready. Had a “friendly” chat with the duty manager who promptly gave us a proper room. Went for breakfast the next morning. Was directed to a table with no chairs. The buffet was running empty. There was no coffee. The egg station mixed up our order. Bunch of staff were running around like headless chickens - like they’re completely overwhelmed and confuse. There was a westerner wearing a suit, who I assume to be the F&B supervisor. But he was doing the job of a busboy of folding napkins and removing dirty plates instead of directing the other staff to be more efficient. All in all, the hotel is good. Staff are not bad. But everything is just completely mismanaged.

The hotel is very nice, also the service and staff was friendly, The location in the Center of Manama, and around several shopping centers, cafes, and restaurants. The room across the street was noisy and was changed by the management. The management, managers and employees cooperated in a very sophisticated manner, also the Room service.

I had a very bad experience in this hotel and I am still shocked! The check in time was 3:00 pm and I was there around that time. I was told the rooms (I got 2 rooms) are still under cleaning and I complained that it is impossible that it is still being cleaned after 3 hours of the normal checkout time (12pm). I questioned the receptionist what is the purpose of the 3 hours between check in and check out time, which was not answered. I decided to go to the mall, luckily the hotel is connected to the mall and I did not need to enter immediately. The receptionist called me around 5:30pm telling me that "one room is ready"!!!! I said WHAT!!!! Are you serious?! I went to the hotel around 6:10pm and I was received by another receptionist who told me "sorry the second room is not ready" WHAT?!!!!!when coincidentally she told me that there was a lady in the room waiting for her husband!!!!!!!!! I have never seen this anywhere in the worst hotel around the world. When I started raising my voice and requested to see the manager or refund my money, she decided to think and gave me a different set of rooms. SO WHY that wasn't the first solution. I got the rooms and stayed one night. I promise I will never come back and will never attempt to recommend Le Méridien anywhere in the world.
