TOO BAD! This is the place that caused me to experience the most unfortunate hotel incident I've ever experienced! The room I had booked for 2 nights was reserved in the annex building on the parallel street because there would normally be noise on the street. When I reserved it, I was told not to worry, a very nice room was allocated in a spacious and spacious back street. Then, the day we went, we were told that the room normally reserved for us was in the parallel back street, WITHOUT US KNOWLEDGE AND WITHOUT OUR APPROVAL (!! !!!) was given to someone who would stay longer than us, and they gave us a room in the building on the street, which was almost a 3 m2 room with a portable WC that was added later, as if it was a joke, and the bathroom shower in the room was broken, and they wouldn't let us into the room without repairing it!! and this The price of the room is 1250 TL, how can you make this change without getting approval from us and without informing us? We had to change the hotel at that moment and it cost us an additional 1500 TL because we had to rent a different hotel on the same day! I have been traveling for years and this is the first time I have encountered such a reckless situation. I would definitely not recommend it!

The best hotel in terms of location in Alaçatı. Especially being in the bazaar is a huge plus. The hotel owner and hotel staff are all very caring. There is no shortage. I loved the hotel very much, it is one of the best I could stay in Alaçatı.

Despite the busyness of the holiday period, we received a very attentive service and we left very satisfied. It is especially clean and prepared with every possible detail in mind. The breakfast is delicious! It was a holiday that we were very satisfied with, thanks to the convenience of being able to reach everywhere on foot and the maximum benefit we could get from our accommodation. Thanks to everyone who contributed!
