Best hotel my family has stayed at in Saigon (we’ve stayed at quite a lot haha). The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and spacious, with a perfect view of the city centre. The hotel itself was lovely, with a rooftop pool overlooking the city accompanied by a roof top bar and sometimes even live music. ALL the staff were so lovely and attentive, we felt very comfortable and welcomed. Highlight was definitely the food - a delicious breakfast buffet with a generous range, not to mention the restaurant open for lunch and dinner, delicious yet affordable! The best feature was definitely the spa, lovely girls who were very attentive and caring for our needs, perfect pressure and great ambience. Overall we enjoyed our 4 day stay and were very sad when we had to leave, will definitely book here again when we come back to Vietnam. The BEST 4 star hotel and spa, highly recommended!!!

Alagon offered spacious and clean rooms. The location was great close to Ben Thanh market, Saigon square , it is very central. I found the pool and rooftop layout to be very tight. It also shares its facilities with its 2 other hotels and if you end up in the wrong lift , you’ll end up in a different hotel. Bit of a maze. The breakfast in the morning is average and the staff there are not very attentive or helpful. We asked for condensed milk to make our morning iced coffee at the coffee counter, she replied saying they didn’t have any but we can clearly see the milk in the fridge. We then asked another staff member and pointed out the milk and then he grabbed it for us. Why did it have to be so hard? It’s also a noisy hotel, we can hear the pipes and people moving above us or when someone coming in and out of their room. With so many other hotel options in Saigon, I will probably not return to this one.

By far the best hotel my family has stayed at in Saigon. We booked through the hotel number and Ngoc helped me through the whole process, she was very genuine and sweet. She offered me vouchers and happy hour free drinks with the room that I had booked (privileged family room). The staff I met at reception were all so lovely and helpful, same goes for all the staff that we met in the hotel. Beautiful place right in the city centre district 1, walking distance to many attractions. Great gym, pool and jacuzzi, and spa facility was great, lovely attentive masseuse girls. The food was amazing, delicious breakfast buffet (included in price), lunch and dinner (very affordable!!). The waiters were all so sweet, especially Huong who took good care of us and recommended us the best meals ever for lunch and dinner at a good price. Overall a very enjoyable stay, my family and I were very satisfied, will definitely be booking here again. Highly recommended, best hotel ever!
