A really great stay close to the heart of Cape Town. The apartments are neat and well done. The security is quite good and friendly, very helpful. Unfortunately the flats do not handle load shedding well. It’s quite dark in there. Especially the bathroom, so bring a torch. There is an amazing lobby of the 4th floor, with a gym and pool, with a work area as well. The parking is good, you have 1 space available for use. And it’s inside the building, not offsite.

Totally disgusting counter tops. Very bad odours as you enter the apartment. My partner got bed bug bites from the bedding which definitely shows its not cleaned properly! Do not recommend at all.

I found the entrance security very friendly (thank you, Max!). The hotel room was clean and spotless. I loved the feel of the lobby and the rooms. Only gripe would be that the parking is a bit confusing, forgivable. The bathroom was very pretty and the lighting was cool. The theme of the building is also really beautiful. Yellow and black.

I stayed at this apart-hotel before and booked in here based on that experience. Unfortunately the new management company Happy Home is terrible and have let the place deteriorate badly. I will never book here again. The curtains and couch were dirty. The room smelt of fire when I walked in. I later found out it was because of a burnt out microwave. There were no hangers in the room and when I requested some I was told none available! The duvet was thin and I was cold throughout my stay. I request a new one, nothing came. The Whatsapp line is pointless! Terrible experience.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE,YOU WILL REGRET IT‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ To say I’m sad is an I understatement ,what a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience.We booked there for 5 days,we did not get any assistance from housekeeping.No linen change,1 ply toilet paper for 5 days. We found rotten packet of spinach and onion in the cupboard,no one from housekeeping came to clean the mess up.I had to fight for my life to get an iron,there was a leakage in the bathroom and they just didn’t care.The people I was communicating with on WhatsApp were very dismissive and nonchalant. You ruined our Cape Town trip,we spent our hard earned money to create memories and for you to not care like that is heartbreaking. The location the place is at is dodgy,not for everyone.It’s far from everything. You’re all horrible people and May you ROT IN HELL.
