Miserly hotel owner instructing the manager and housekeeping staff to not supply clean bedsheets and towels to residents. Housekeeping staff are an old age couple who whine and complain all the time and use ultra dirty water to mop the floor. The manager Hassan spies on women's undergarments when guests are away. He and his housekeeping staff take photos of unclean apartments to embarrass the guests instead of instructing the housekeeping to do their jobs well. The bathroom gets filled up with tiny cockroaches at night and so does the kitchen. Towels are rough, bedsheets are worn out, and the location is congested right on the street frequented by drunkards each night. There isn't even a swimming pool, something that's a standard for Turkish hotels. Car parking is hazardous because cars are parked on the street outside. Lastly, the manager Hassan is used to backbiting and telling room conditions of one guest to others. During our stay there Mr Hassan was always found drooling over a female guest from Kazakhstan, something we found highly unprofessional. In response to the lies below: "What crimes you liar! As long as I stayed in Turkey I worked as an academic at the best Turkish business school, and lived as a respectable citizen. As for you, you served jail time and did drugs before your current job as hotel manager. Don't push me to reveal more of your dark history. Stay in your lane and behave!

A hotel with rude staff, unaware of the limits of decency, especially the receptionist. There is no valet service and incoming guests occupy the road, sidewalks, putting traffic and people at risk. One of the worst hotels to choose to stay in Ankara.

Great apartments. Always clean and service is always perfect. All the Receptionists and other staff are always helpful. The rooms are all good sizes and always clean. It's well situated near busy streets with plenty of cafes and restaurants. We've been here 4 times over the past year which tells you how happy we are with this place. The only things I would recommend for improvements would be if the rooms were each equipped with a microwave to heat up food and better WiFi signal as the WiFi is very poor although I am told that WiFi in general is poor across Turkey.

Cozy serviced apartment. Good quality beddings and bath. The kitchenette is ample for a small family. Walking distance to Tunali eateries and pubs. Theres is a school right next to it but we could sleep in late with no sound once the windows are closed cos they're properly sealed. Heating and AC both are available and properly functioning. A small taxi station is right in front of the residence so taxis available 24x7. Pizza and burger places are also there in the adjoining buildings...Extremely friendly and responsive Management. The cleaning service was average though.
